wanted is boring!~ the introduction of the main lead is slow~~ things start to pick up pace during the main actor's training to become an excellent gunman. two stars for the plot but a flinting scene where angelina jolie's baring her back would make reviews four stars. i didn't expect almost everybody to die in the end though.

ben is back with lots of injuries and that hurts me more than himself. yes, we like tease each other but it still hurts. ouch.

after tuition, i went out for movie with sr and ben insisted on sending me home. he actually found sr a threat. haha! :)

21 is a smart movie and i seriously didn't know you can count the cards to win big bucks in blackjack. still, you need an incredible good brain and quick reflexes to be able to do so. you need a team of great brains and that's hard to source.

whatever it is, i don't believe gambling is the best source to income.

jane is finally back with a lorry of goods! :D oh yes! my origami papers are so beautiful. i'm so glad fay and jane have good tastes!




lots of yummy food for obedient me! see the pocky? it's the latest new flavours from japan!!! but opps, we saw giant selling them locally!!! OUCH. but jane got them at 33.33% of the price, and that's a consolation. =) so sorry, they don't sell the rest in singapore and i have them! =P


last but not least, a lovely kitty good luck charm! :) lucky lucky! i'll be a lucky person! fay is supposed to get me an additional love charm, not good luck charm!!! =P

i met up with wen today! :) old friends never have awkward moments with each other, and if one side decides to give it up totally, the friendship would be gone for good. that's a pity, but that's part and parcel of life. a bundle of joy would trade for a bundle of something else. if you're holding to too many bundles, you might find yourself not being able to handle those bundles. friends come in and out, bundles trade for one another. let's just move on! :)

hulk was incredible! probably it's not as nice as ironman, but i didn't watch ironman, so i enjoyed it! :D the fighting scenes were definitely intense and fast-paced! love it!


i tried to watch kungfu panda again. why again? because i watched the first 10 minutes of it and it bored me. i think i have the inclination to grow cynical towards popular stuffs, like now. not that it's not funny, but it wasn't as great as what everybody else thought it was. typical plot, cartoon not that cute, or maybe it's just me. and panda's pronunciation of shifu turns out to be sheefu instead.

i had finally watched '27 dresses', one which i yearned to watch so much the other time.

jane, a wedding planner, found herself caught in an untangible love triangle when her admirer fell in love with her younger sister. she got jealous, but was too nice to reject all favours and found herself organizing her sister's and admirer's wedding. accumulation of anger, jealousy, envy and depression, she found herself humiliating her baby sister in front of everybody. then she realised that her special one was just right beside her. nice and sweet, i found myself tearing for the angel.


happy first month! i don't know why but it seemed to be a decade that we have been together. probably it's because we always go to ntuc and all the other supermarts. haha! =p

we went to have dinner at elaine's recommendation, bao luo wan xiang and the wanton mee is super worth it! 5 humongous wantons with 2 small prawns inside their smooth and thin wanton skin! ben and jerry's ice cream is awesome and nobody else seems to able to duplicate the recipe.
we watched 'you don't mess with the zohan' and indeed, it is sexist. not a movie for the conservatives! but still, it was funny with a tinge of political humours.


i should have gone for supper because my stomach is growling non-stop now. i should have gone so that i could spend a much longer time with you.

i hope our story continues......

as my sister was telling me about her buyer stating the wrong address and that the parcel might have gotten lost, it reminded me that i still haven't received my contact lens case which i had bought from another online shop.

so i went to check my mail and was horrified!!! how could i have given the person the wrong address too!!! this is so coincidental. i emailed the person again and a thousand thanks to god that she had written return address and the item is still with her.

the most embarrassing part was finding out she put a notice on her blogspot to find me. haha!

anyway, any kitty-lovers can visit kittymall to buy some cute kitty stuffs to decorate your boring study table and room. the blogowner is friendly and reliable! :)

get smart is witty and face-paced. i like the unique inventions in the movie, like how you can churn out sound proof bubble to conduct a meeting and it turned awry where nobody could hear each other. funny!

the whole plot is ironic and the posters are especially so. pretty smart to conveniently cover up your partner's face. :D nice movie to catch this weekend! bene was laughing so loudly.

lunch at ajisen. :) food was so filling i thought it reached my throat. this is even worse than buffet.

i managed to squeeze my timetable into 2-day week! thank you thank you! waking up at 9am to get ready was worth it, but the system was smart. i logged in at 9.30am and refreshed, thinking i'd be the first to grab my timetable. alas, they refused to let me assess the system until i relogin. what a smart move. this prevents kiasu-ism. :)

starting school on the 15th september. probably i should get down to find a job!!!

sex and the city was funny. the four women had their own views on sex and love. lots of issues discussed in this movie, like if a couple cohabits, and if it were the guy who paid for the house, how insecure the woman would be and there would be no insurance if the guy jumped off the bill. other common topics like how career-minded woman could not fulfil their husband's sex life, lies and deception and forgiveness.

charlotte seemed to have a perfect marriage and this contrasted a great deal with the other 3. like the statistics in the movie, only 25% of the women get this fairy tale. still, this movie's good and mind-boggling.

two sweet boxes!

i met up with as and annie this afternoon. =) we ate carl's jr and the bbq chicken was dry and hard. i'm so glad the other burger turned out well. free flow of drinks made me feel super inflated.

thanks for the presents! they gave me item by item and my hands were so full the markers dropped inside a puddle of ketchup. wow.


i'm quite fascinated with the name sticker and i decided that i'd paste them on all my belongings! =D

i went for tuition early in the morning and came home to rest before another round of tuition. guess what? i remembered the timing wrongly and left half an hour earlier. all of a sudden, it dawned on me the correct time like the light just shone on me and opened the key to mystery. oh well, i climbed the stairs up to go back home again.

5.30pm was the time i thought he would reach, so i opened the door and i received a message. he said he'd be late by half an hour and i came in the house for the second time again. i sat on the sofa and watched a stupid show. 6.00pm, he said he couldn't catch a bus and went home to drive instead. 6.30pm, he finally came.

we wanted to catch sex and the city today, but the timing was limited. such a disappointment. why did he have to insist that we watch the movie and not just do something else? sometimes he tried too hard and the ball bounced even harder the wrong way. i shouldn't get angry, but it's uncontrollable.

dinner at food republic in vivocity was great! sorry. no pictures again because the food was more tempting than taking a photo of it.

i ought to do something else other than sticking papers on my boxes... i get very fed up when my table is in a mess......

i met up with jan yesterday and she gave me this! :) a manicure set! i wonder how to use this.



i stayed at home the whole day.

so i finished making another box. :) the third box.

and this! a relaxing little box which reminds me of the beach! this shall be placed in front of me to remind me of the faraway beach!~



this little box is the smallest of all the boxes that i have done, and because it is this minute, it takes about 2 days for me to finish glossing and pasting. i swear pasting laces is the most tedious job ever. it gets on my nerves but the result is the most satisfying ever. :)
